Swap in a real contact email for the bracketed part. Once those two pages are live, grab their URLs and drop them into the campaign form.
One honest caveat: I’m not a lawyer, and this is standard boilerplate written to satisfy Twilio’s stated requirements, not a substitute for legal review if you want to be extra careful — but for a low-volume notification feature like this, it should be more than sufficient for vetting purposes.
